June is Dairy Month in Wisconsin: Celebrating Family Farms

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WQOW) – In celebration of June as Dairy Month, WQOW is collaborating with Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin to highlight family-owned dairies across the state. Each week throughout June, a different farm will be featured, showcasing the contributions of these local agricultural heroes to Wisconsin’s rich dairy industry.

The initiative kicked off with Rusk Rose Holsteins located in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, spotlighting their commitment to quality dairy farming. This week, attention shifts to Brunner’s Hillside Dairy in Durand, Wisconsin, another exemplary family-run operation dedicated to sustainable practices and exceptional dairy products.

WQOW invites viewers and the community to explore the stories behind these farms, celebrating their hard work and dedication. Available for viewing, all featured videos can be found on the June Dairy Month playlist on WQOW’s YouTube channel.
