Rodeo Thrills Return to Richland Center for 66th Wisconsin High School Rodeo State Finals
Richland Center is set to celebrate the 66th Wisconsin High School Rodeo State Finals at the Richland County Fairgrounds from June 12-15. The diverse four-day event kicks off with a shooting competition, offering youth—including those without farming backgrounds—the chance to engage in the rodeo spirit. “The shooting competition is a great way for more young people to participate,” noted Gary Deaver, President of the Richland Center Rodeo Committee.
Highlights include the Rodeo Queens Contest on Thursday night at 7 PM, followed by exhilarating rodeo performances on Friday and Saturday, starting at 7:30 PM. Notably, Friday is “Wear Pink for GRACE” night. Saturday will feature the June Dairy Days & Rodeo Parade at 10:30 AM, and Sunday will wrap up with Cowboy Church at 8:30 AM, leading into the finals at noon.
Admission prices vary, with adults paying $7 on Friday and Saturday, and $9 on Sunday; discounts are available for seniors and children.
