The sophomore athlete from Virginia participated in the Wisconsin Badgers’ football camp on June 8, receiving guidance from the current coaching staff while showcasing his skills.
Evans IV is a promising multi-sport talent in the class of 2026, with a solid foundation shaped in part by his father, Lee Evans, who coached him at the middle school level. The elder Evans, a celebrated figure in Badgers history, attended the camp, watching proudly as his son and other athletes honed their craft. Lee Evans was inducted into the University of Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016, thanks to a remarkable college career that included over 3,000 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns, setting a Big Ten record with 1,545 yards in 2001.
Following his collegiate success, the elder Evans was selected as a first-round pick by the Buffalo Bills, enjoying an illustrious eight-year NFL career marked by over 1,000 receiving yards in both 2006 and 2008.
