Siddhartha Aradhya, a senior at Rock Canyon High School, was recently awarded the CBS Colorado Future Leaders Award for his accomplishments in STEM. Aradhya has developed programs to help law enforcement catch online predators and identify tainted water. He is also involved in financial literacy initiatives and runs a nonprofit called The More You Know. Aradhya’s passion for the environment and helping others has earned him recognition and a $1,000 prize. CBS Colorado, Chevron, and Colorado School of Mines sponsor the Future Leaders Award program, which aims to highlight and support high school students exceling in science and technology fields. Nominations for the award are being accepted until April 18, 2025. Aradhya plans to continue his work on these projects while attending college. His innovative ideas and dedication to making a difference have set him apart as a leader in STEM education and community service.
