Milwaukee police are seeking William Mingorance, a man wanted for a probation violation who is now a suspect in a sex trafficking case involving a 15-year-old girl. Mingorance, also known as “Miami,” is a 36-year-old with ties to Milwaukee and Florida. After being released from custody in October 2024, he allegedly exposed the girl to crack cocaine before going on the run. U.S. Marshals are urging Mingorance to turn himself in, emphasizing that he is in a dangerous underground community. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the U.S. Marshals Tipline at 414-297-3707. Mingorance, who has a tattoo of a snake with arrows on his chest, is described as 5’8″ and weighing 180 pounds.
