A recent poll conducted by Madison Magazine revealed that elements such as a complimentary relish cup, wood paneling, house Old-fashioned, and regulars at the bar are agreed-upon standards. However, beyond these basics, there are 135 must-have elements that define a Wisconsin supper club according to respondents.
In addition to exploring the essence of supper clubs, the upcoming issue of Madison Magazine will also feature a guide by Emma Waldinger on developing a stronger sense of place within the unique ecology and natural environment of the Madison area.
