Wisconsin Badgers Defeat Iowa 74-63 in Big Ten Matchup
In a game-closing 16-4 run, No. 21 Wisconsin secured a 74-63 victory over Iowa on Saturday. John Tonje led the Badgers with 22 points, while John Blackwell added 19. The Badgers, who have won their third straight game, held Iowa to just one field goal in the final 7½ minutes and limited their shooting to 8-for-27 in the second half.
Wisconsin shot 29 of 61, with Tonje contributing 11 points in the game-winning run. Iowa’s Pryce Sandfort led his team with 14 points, while Josh Dix and Drew Thelwell added 13 and 11 points, respectively.
