Actors Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson return for ‘Moana 2’ premiere in Hawaii
The highly anticipated sequel to Disney Animation’s hit film “Moana” premiered in Kapolei, Hawaii, with actors Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson in attendance. For Cravalho, who voices the titular character Moana, returning for the sequel was both a professional and personal journey. She expressed the significance of Moana’s growth mirroring her own personal development.
Directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller, “Moana 2” follows the adventures of Moana as she embarks on a mission to break a curse and reconnect with her people across various Pacific islands.
