The Northern Michigan men’s basketball team will be making its debut at its new home venue, Vandament Arena, as they take on Concordia University Wisconsin this Saturday, November 30. The Wildcats have played in several different facilities over the past year and are excited to finally have a permanent home. The team currently has a 3-2 record and is looking to bounce back from two recent road defeats. The game will be an exhibition for Concordia (0-4), as they search for their first win of the season. Northern Michigan is led by Coach Matt Majkrzak, who has had great success with the team in recent years. Star players to watch include Julien Smith, Dylan Kuehl, and Brian Parzych. The Wildcats have a mix of returning players and new additions, including a quartet of talented guards. Concordia University Wisconsin, out of the NACC (Division III), comes into the game with a winless record and will be looking to turn their season around. Fans can catch the action at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday.
