The trial to determine if Giuliani must surrender his condo in Palm Beach, Florida, and his World Series rings is scheduled just days before Trump’s inauguration. Giuliani is appealing both the asset turnover order and the defamation verdict. He continues to falsely accuse Freeman and Moss of election tampering, leading to further legal action.
After the hearing, Giuliani criticized the judge’s political background and reiterated that he does not regret defaming Freeman and Moss. He claimed to regret the persecution he has faced but stood by his actions. Giuliani’s trial is set to proceed as scheduled, with the judge insisting on prompt compliance with the court orders.
