Wisconsin is set to be a focal point of political activity this week as both parties intensify their efforts to secure votes. The state, considered a crucial swing state, could play a significant role in determining the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.
On Monday, Democrat Vice Presidential Candidate Tim Walz will be campaigning in Manitowoc and Waukesha, while Republican Vice Presidential Candidate JD Vance will be visiting Wausau and Racine. Additionally, “Team Trump on Tour” will be making a stop in Eau Claire, with South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem scheduled to speak.
Various other campaign events are also scheduled throughout the week, including the “Flippin’ Tour” featuring Assembly Democrats, Eric Hovde’s “Time for a Change Bus Tour,” and an event titled “Educators for Harris-Walz” in La Crosse with Dr. Jill Biden and Gwen Walz.
On Wednesday, former President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Green Bay, where he will be joined by former Green Bay Packers Quarterback Brett Favre. Then on Thursday, former President Bill Clinton will be campaigning for the Harris-Walz campaign and Democrats in the Fox Valley and Milwaukee.
With all of these high-profile visits and events taking place in Wisconsin this week, it is clear that both parties are working tirelessly to secure support and votes in this crucial swing state.
